Shipping policy
- Ensure that your shipping details are correct, otherwise any extra delivery charges will be paid by the customer.
- All items will be shipped out using a third party shipping service such as Sendle, AusPost, StarTrack, Courier Please, Hunter Express, UPS, DHL or FedEx. The cost of shipping will be calculated at checkout.
- All items will be thoroughly inspected prior to shipping for defects/damages and packed with care. Please see our Refund Policy if your item arrives damaged and contact us as soon as possible.
- All packages will be posted out without insurance unless specified by the customer.
- Orders are processed on business days (Mon-Fri) in Melbourne, Australia. Orders placed on a public holiday or weekend will be processed the next business day.
- We accept no responsibility for lost or damaged items caused by using a third party shipping service.
- Customers who request ATL (Authority to Leave), Plethora Parts or the third party shipping services will not be responsible for missing/stolen packages.
