Refund policy
Damages and issues
- Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item.
- Customers have 14 days from the date they receive their item to initiate a return.
- In the event that a wrong item has been sent out by Plethora Parts, we will cover return shipping costs.
- For customers who received the wrong item(s), they must be in the original packaging. Packaging that is damaged, unfit for resale or parts missing will incur a 40% restocking fee.
- To start a return, you can contact us at sales@plethoraparts.com.au. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package.
- We will rectify the issue once we receive the original item back from the customer.
- Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
- Please ensure that the purchased item will fit the intended vehicle, incorrectly ordered parts cannot be returned and/or refunded.
- Items that have been opened, test fitted/used, have damaged packaging, or contents lost/damaged will not be accepted for a return.
- Unfortunately we are unable to return any original shipping costs on the original purchase invoice.
- Certain types of items cannot be returned, custom products (such as special orders or personalised items).
- We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.
- Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items, gift cards and/or change of mind.
- Any authorised returns are subjected to a 25% return fee when refunded via your original purchase method.
Cancellations
- Orders cancelled after they are placed and prior to shipment will be subject to a 25% cancellation fee of the entire order.
Refunds
- We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not.
- If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded via your original payment method.
- Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. We are not liable for associated transactional costs.
- Item(s) are subjected to availability, if we are unable to provide the you with an item ordered, you are entitled to a full refund of the purchase price of the item and any associated costs we have charged for the item.
- Plethora Parts cannot be accountable for any additional costs involved outside the original purchase.
- By purchasing from Plethora Parts you are agreeing to the Return Policy outlined above.
Warranty
- All products will come with a 12 month warranty from date of purchase and may be returned if found to be faulty within the warranty period.
- Damaged items caused by incorrect installation, misuse, altered, abused or not used for intended purposes will not be covered under warranty.
- The customer is responsible for shipping costs associated with warranty claims.
